My partner Ethan DeBoard and I started making music together in 2023. After finding our deep artistic connection, we quickly formed our band, Wasting May, and released our first single “Maureen.” I am the lyricist and vocalist; Ethan is the musician and producer. Our collaborative work is not confined to a single topic or sound and instead explores any array of themes like longing, grief, love, retribution, failure, addiction, existentialism, insecurities, and passion. We’ve developed from a teenage romance to a longtime creative relationship where we are the vital fuel to each other's work. We have released two five-song EP's, three single tracks, and are currently writing and recording an album.
